Blacklist / Whitelist Callers

Must have Office Manager user access

  1. Sign into user portal
  2. Click Users
  3. Uncheck “Hide System Users” at the bottom of the page
  4. Select the Queue / Ring Group to modify
    • Primary Ring Group / Queue is typically 4000
  5. Select “Answering Rules” then “Block / Allow”
  6. In the Block / Allow window enter the numbers to Blacklist / Whitelist
